WINONA, Miss. (BNc)- J.C. Choate, long-time missionary to India, Pakistan and the Far East, passed away at his home Feb. 1 at 12:20 p.m. CST, at age 75. He had been fighting cancer for some time.
Co-worker Louis Rushmore sent funeral arrangements at 6 p.m. CST.

WINONA MS (BNc)- In an email sent Jan. 2, Betty Choate provided an update on J.C.’s health as he continues to battle cancer and receive treatment. J.C. has worked many years in the Far East and directs World Evangelism Foundation.

WINONA MS (WGN)- Gospel Opportunities Evangelism releases the first Greek-Spanish commentary on the gospel of John on November 15.
